I ordered the satin nickel with the ivory shade and received the bronze with natural shade. It came in a gigantic box which I coiuld not possibly take back to the post office. I called customer service and they apologized and a few days later I received another enormous box with another WRONG lamp! They came at last to pick both up. Meanwhile I cancelled my order as I at last learned that it was backordered until August! They have yet to refund my money or communicate. Terrible terrible service!! I won't be ordering from YLighting ever again.
