This fixture is very sleek and from certain angles seems to disappear and overall looks good in a modern setting. This will work well for a small table or work area. We tried it over a longer table and it didn't light the ends of the table well at all and the higher we lifted it, the less we liked looking at the bright LED spots underneath. It would help if the light was more diffuse. The mounting wasn't very easy as the mounting bracket didn't hold the canopy tight to the ceiing so it tilted slightly to one side, left a noticeable gap on one side, and was out of level. Normally this is not a big problem except in this case you have to adjust the two support wires to get the fixture to hang level so there is some back and forth adjusting the wires to get the fixture just right depending on how the canopy hangs.
