    Christian Ploderer, born 1956, studied at the College of Applied Arts in Vienna, Master Class for Industrial Design where he received his diploma in 1985. Since 1986 he has worked as a freelance designer and design consultant. He works in lighting design and has been involved in numerous exhibitions and has received several awards. Christian Ploderer currently lives and works in Vienna.
