Design by Zac Ridgely, 2012.
Made in Toronto by Ridgely Studio Works.

The Criss Cross series originated from Zac Ridgely's genuine desire to blend sculptural art with the aesthetics of modern lighting. Characterized by cut steel rods carefully arranged in seemingly random patterns, The Halo Criss Cross LED Chandelier proudly exemplifies his vision. The steel rods are brought to life by a brilliant array of warm white LEDs located in Halo's minimalist circular diffuser. The result is a dazzling chandelier that is ideal for use in modern kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and entryways.

Halo is offered in a variety of power coated and metal plated finishes. Includes 1/16" braided, stainless, and site adjustable suspension cable. Dimmable. Shown in nickel plated finish.

Zac Ridgely

Zac Ridgely approaches all of his work with an artistic edge. The son of a famed Canadian architect, Ridgely grew up surrounded by creativity and quickly learned how to navigate his way through architectural drawings and job sites. He graduated from the Fine Arts program at Emily Carr in 1997, and began using his artistic talent to experiment with the medium of light. In 2000 he founded Ridgely Studio Works as a way to explore his passion for sculpture and light. The Studio rapidly became a favorite destination for local architects and designers who were looking for special and unique pieces that were able to make a statement while fitting perfectly into their surroundings.

The Studio has continued to grow steadily over the last 10 years, and now services international clients through their standard product line with custom capabilities. Ridgely himself maintains his deep-rooted passion for creating innovative new designs, and relishes the opportunity to produce custom one off artistic pieces.
