Had to be scraped off - cord melted - broken base on 1 lamp - lamp shades crushed - shades stained in various places - finish scratched on bases Overall, these lamps were of such poor quality, that I will advise designers on future projects to avoid specifying Sonneman lighting product. Sonneman should be advised to start using another factory.
