The product seemed to well packaged - boxes weren't damaged, but upon opening it was clear that the glue on the shades wasn't holding causing them to separate from the frame and cause creasing in the shade that would not "pop" out. The harp was crooked causing the shade to be tilted and was clearly a manufacturing error. I sent in pics to customer service and they sent out UPS to pick up the damaged products. I'm still awaiting replacements.

I ordered this lamp only from the picture and had some concerns given other reviews saying it did not live up to the image on the site or seemed poorly made.

When it arrived I was happy to see that it was solidly constructed and actually looked much nicer than the picture. The peacock blue is a beautiful color and the lamp looks great in our room.

This is my 2nd time buying something from your company - the first was a fan and I had a great experience both times.

I ordered this lamp because I thought it looked sleek and modern in the photo, and I have been pleased with a floor lamp that I own from Robert Abbey. When the lamp arrived, I thought it looked clunky, blocky, and unattractive. The celadon green is an ugly color - so pale it is almost off-white. Luckily YLighting made it easy to return, and they processed the credit quickly. I am giving this lamp one star because they handled the return so well. However, I do not recommend this lamp at all.

I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Isis Table Lamp in Peacock. The base and shade are both well crafted and I love the color I chose. I used an energy efficient bulb. All in all a great lamp and it came more quickly than expected!

I ordered two of these. They look nice enough. Unfortunately, the 3 way sockets don't work in either of them. Am embarking on a return. But stay away from these.

I ordered the "smokey taupe" lamp. It looks more expensive than it was, and is well made. The shade is a beautiful color. I have two small complaints. First, a flourescent bulb does not fit into the lamp, so a non-energy efficient bulb is required. Second, the color is more "grey" than "taupe." Thankfully, it looks good in the room, but the color on the website was a bit misleading.
