I purchased this fixture to hang above the vanity mirror in a guest powder room.

The small room will be painted dark gray so I felt it needed a pop with the lighting. I was nervous about the Anemone because the style is a bit "out there".

I could not have been more pleased! The Anemone is a beautiful fixture and is very substantial. It weighs almost 10 pounds and is very well constructed. This gives this unusual fixture great credibility. I love it!!

This is a fantastic light that is perfect for an entryway, bathroom (where I use it), or any place for a unique ambient light. It came packed beautifully and, though a tad heavy, I was able to easily install myself. Great buy, great company!

It is very heavy making it somewhat difficult to install;Light is very dramatic;

Bulbs are not great, would recommend replacing them with better quality, similar bulbs.

the light is well made, and solid. it is nicely proportioned, and give a great shadow of 'spidery' lines on the ceiling. I used it for my teen's bedroom, and she loves it. the style is modern, but I think it would work with a myriad of room designs.

This fixture casts very cool light patterns off the ceiling. Given how hard it is to find a pretty flush ceiling light, we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it looked when installed. The only drawback is difficulty in installation....best to have 2 people, one person to hold the fixture while the other one handles screwdriver. Amazing design and quality for the price!!

I love, love, love the Anenome Sconse! I bought 2 of them as fictures for my hallway & I was more then pleased with the way they look. They caste the most beautiful shadows on the wall & have so much personality! I have recieved so many compliments on their orginality.

pretty fixture. we mounted it on the mirror and due to that it doesn't have this 'radiating star' effect as it does on the wall (since light reflects off the mirror). thus best application would be a wall or ceiling. it is an ambient light lamp therefore can be used as an accent lighting vs. main light source. it is surprisingly very heavy fixture.
