The Fad Floor Lamp was designed for the first offices of Barcelona's Decorative Arts Association. Fad features a solid dark wood structure with a hollowed out central section, which serves as the support for a white linen shade. The hollow section is closed off by the cross pieces of the base.
Available with a walnut stained Sapeli wood structure.

Born in Barcelona in 1931, Miguel Mila began his professional practice in 1950 in the architecture firm of his brother Alfonso Mila and Federico Correa. Eight years later, he created his own design studio and since then he has based his career in Catalan and Spanish design. He has followed Bauhaus' rationalism, though he has based his aesthetics of his objects in the simplification of shapes and elements, in search for maximum functionality.
