Although their packaging didn't hold up too well in shipping, Sonneman took care of the missing part and broken glass. The only negative item with these fixtures is you have to unscrew (which is sometimes difficult) the three rods that support the glass to change the bulb. Otherwise, great fixture at a great price. I'd still highly recommend them.
