From the picture on the website, it looks as if you could adjust the light with ease, not so. We'd hoped to be able to turn it down for reading, but once you've screwed it into the wall, that's the way it stays. To adjust it you have to dismount the fixture and mount it again. A fairly big job, even for my very handy husband. Also the hardware on the side, looks cheap. The screws are prominent and very visible as is the white hardware underneath. Although when I look at the picture, I see there may be a finishing piece of hardware that was not in the box nor on the mounting instructions. However, that said, seen from the front they are quite nice.
