The review is more about the customer service than the light fixtures. The fixtures themselves were just as described. I was more impressed with the level of customer service I received (although you need to do something about your actual telephone reception. It's been horrible every time I've called to speak to someone).

The CSR, I believe her name is Pandi, was great. I explained the deadline for an event, she worked with me and her vendor to ensure I had the fixtures in advance of the event. the arrived just when she said they would. Great job.

I bought the blue version and it looks great in our dining room. Gives off a lot of light but also a blue glow which matches our room perfectly. It takes a little more time to install due to its stylistic vs practical design, but overall I love this lamp and highly recommend it.

Gives off a cool blue glow in addition to the main lighting. Some quirkiness in its design, but fairly easy to install. Looks really clean if you're going for a modern look

My architect chose this lighting for me which is not usually my taste. I decided to go outside the "box" and do something different. I am absolutely excited and pleased with the look. The red tint added an ambience to my kitchen.
