This was exactly what I needed to hang my newly purchased PH5 from my track assembly. My YLighting sales representative was wonderful she walked me right through on how to determine which one I needed. The only thing I can say about this product is that it should include directions on how to wire a pendant fixture that does not have a chain to connect to the metal loop. The PH5 only has a cord and I was able to make the wire connections but the hole was not big enough to get the cord through to knot it so that the weight of the fixture did not pull the connections apart. Had to go out and buy a plastic fastner to secure the cord to the loop. WAC should include directions on how a fixture like this is to be secured properly.

We purchased this fitting to adpat a line voltage pendant of another manufacturer to fit a WAC Lighting Single Circuit Track System. We removed the metal hook from the fitting and after much research replaced it with a simple strain-relief fitting found at a local lamp & lighting fixture supplier. The WAC fitting itself works, but is bulkier than it needs to be. I do wish that WAC (and other track lighting manufacturer's) would make it easier to adapt anyone's line voltage pendant to fit their system.

I've used this suspension loop to hang a pendant from a Halo track. It works very well and is less expensive than the Halo component. It was easy to open up the box to make the wiring connection and to change the loop to a cord bushing.

The Suspension Loop was recommended as a means to connect a ceiling mounted fixture to a Lightolier track. It is meant to clip into the track, snap tightly closed, and then enable the ceiling fixture to loop on to it and be hung from it. It is meant to hold a fixture up to 35 lbs. The light we were hanging was no more than 10 lbs. However the Suspension Loop did not fit securely into the track, never clipped shut tightly and fell, (with the attached light), right out of the track. The clip completely broke off. Our other WAC products do fit correctly into this track, but this is not a properly fitting part and not well made.

These suspension loops make it possible to turn anything into a pendant light. If you have track lighting, just buy a few and keep them on hand. I turned $10 paper shades into low voltage pendants over my dining room table. They look more like $400 Artemide fixtures.

This is a good quality track head, it was easy to work with, and passed UL inspection with no problem. It is an attractive fixture and I would use it again.
