Elegant multi-toned cylindrical shade comprised of natural shell panels. The shells are burnished to remove rough edges, meticulously polished, cut to size and carefully adhered by hand to an inner glass cylinder. Provides direct and diffused ambient illumination. Includes six feet of field-cuttable cable.

Available as low-voltage halogen or with field-replaceable LED module (for FreeJack and Monorail only).

Choosing your connector:

  • FJ- Freejack: For use with mono and multipoint Freejack canopies (sold separately).
  • MO- Monorail: Includes a connector for use with TECH Lighting's Monorail system.
  • MO2- Two-circuit monorail: Includes connector for use with TECH Lighting's Two-Circuit Monorail system. Not compatible with LED at this time.


Notes:  When choosing FreeJack canopy for an LED pendant be sure to choose the LED compatible version.

    Perfect combo of modern with warm organic element.

    These pendants are such a great combination of simple modern style, but with warmth and an organic element due to the shells. I bought two (in natural with chrome) on clearance and liked them so much that when we moved I took them with us. I have now bought two more (larger kitchen counter) and the four of them cast a beautiful bright warm glow. Like jewelry for the kitchen!

    Gorgious pendant light!

    We looked for a unique and striking pendant light for our recently remodelled kitchen for over 6 months. We finally found the Playa light at a local store, but it was outrageously expensive. Y-lighting had the best price by a longshot. Installation was easy using the free jack canopy. Looks great!
