This was my first and I had one of the wire connector screws strip out a bit so I just gave it a little less torque and then covered it with electrical tape. Connection to the rail was a snap and presented no contact problems. The conventional method, the canopy connector, leaves a big, square, unslightly bump on the ceiling. The live end connector doesn't, and just looks like a small extension to the track. If you don't already have junction boxes in place and are willing and able to punch a hole right where you need it, the live end connector is the way to go.
