I purchased the large size of this fixture to hang above my dining table. It is the only light source close by, so I had to order a fixture that could put out enough light. With 9- 40W bulbs it is definitely bright enough to light my room, and it looks beautiful, especially when we dim it. It looks like I paid a lot more for it than I did, I would buy this fixture again.

I love this fixture! i used 3 in a pitched ceiling. the light reflection on the ceilings is amazing. It takes a bit to put it together but is very succure and well made. Be sure to put the blubs in while you are putting it together.

This pendant is super cool, and my designer fell in love with it when she saw it installed. I ordered the bronze, which looks totally different in person; it's a dark, mushroom-ish brown painted over a bronze. The paint is flat and any metallic that shows through from the bronze is VERY subtle. The picture makes it look shiny but it isn't at all. The pendant is even more gorgeous when lit, but makes a beautiful statement on its own. My contractor installed it, but for anyone who is going to try to do it on their own, you should know: a) it's pretty heavy so you'll need two people to hang it; and b) it comes unassembled, so it will take an hour or so to put together.
