Beautiful light, install weird. NOT DIMMABLE.

The light is the perfect size for my bathroom (above the bathtub/shower) and casts a wonderful bright white light. (Unfortunately, with this beautiful new light, I was able to see flaws in the tile job that had just been done. The tile guy should have used one of these lights while he was working...)
My electrician, however, said that the plate (or something) used to hold the fixture to the ceiling was odd (perhaps because it's European) and he felt it wasn't doing an adequate job of holding the fixture to the ceiling. As long as it stays up, I'm pretty happy though. Also, the light isn't dimmable, which is a major disappointment, but as my ceiling is sloped, this was pretty much the only light that would look good in that space.
