Nice design, great lines: it seems to just hover right under the ceiling. The light is much warmer than shown in the picture, which is nice. Only difficult part is installing the shade or taking it out to clean - definitely requires two people and is still a little tricky.

Makes a statement and yet doesn't -- blends in well with any room design. Excellent solution to illuminate difficult to light spaces such as a bay window area. Concerns about it being a bit flimsy in how the glass is held onto the fixture.

I bought it over 2 yrs ago and still love everything about it. It is beautiful and elegant, great design, clean lines. I agree with comments that mounting and cleaning is a 2-person job. I also agree that the halogen provides an unexpected illumination to the ceiling, but I find it an interesting effect.

The photos show the quadra ice flat with fluorescent light, not the 3 halogens. With the halogen lights most of the light leaks out of the edges, and illuminates the ceiling at grazing incidence. This illumination on the ceiling is very uneven, and this subtracts somewhat from the elegance and simplicity of the design. I bet with the fluorescent light it's better, although I have not seen it myself.

This light fixture turned out to be what I hoped for - a low profile light fixture to hug the ceiling, but with a bit of a twist in the center bulge. As it is all one piece of glass, it is a simple but elegant fixture, good for low ceiling spaces in a more modern space.

the Quadra Ice Flat Ceiling Light is both subtle and powerful; The light is very this with a fluid sculpted character. I used in in a living room w typical 8' ceiling; though larger in dimension (20+" square) it does not overwhelm the room. looks great on and off.

We will order more of these, however, we are still a little afraid of how difficult it will be to replace the bulbs and clean the fixture over time. It looks like it will always be a two person job, which is going to be difficult for some clients. Thanks for the excellent product shipping by the way..!

Good design/ appearance, but the quality of the structure is questionable. The structure that suspends an approx. 2'x2' piece of glass is essential paper clips on the corners.
