    From the Quick Connect series by WAC Lighting, comes the model 183 low voltage fixture. This low voltage fixture is supplied with a decorative metal shade and features simple clean lines.

    Features:

    • Machined brass with metal spring band to retain shad.
    • The user-friendly locking knobs at the back of the track head allow precise vertical aiming.
    • Ball and hub style aiming allows for a fine 350° horizontal rotation and 90° vertical adjustment.
    • Can use 12 or 24 volt lamps, dependent on system transformer.
    • Rigid stem lengths are available from 3" to 12" long.
    • Rigid stems provide for a decorative look as well as allowing the head to be placed closer to the object being illuminated.
    • Available in Brushed Nickel, Chrome or Dark Bronze finishes.

    Very elegant. Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to install.

    I'm very satisfied thus far with the WAC LV rail lighting systems I've purchased (3 total). They look great and are fairly easy to install.

    I would rate the lighting systems as a whole a 4/5. I've found the rails to be too flexible where it's very difficult to get one perfectly straight. When you change light bulbs or adjust pendants, all the lights on the rails bounce and the rails flex.

    Because I have an apartment, I had to use the surface mount transformers and they require the rails to be 6" off the ceiling (you cannot use the 3" stand-offs) and the shortest pendants add another 6" of depth so it might not be the best choice for very low ceilings. They also require Electronic Low Voltage dimmers and those can get pretty expensive. The ELV Lutron dimmers that WAC certified aren't that great either IMO and in WAC's own words, other dimmers can be hit or miss.
