    The Track Current Limiter Double Live End Left or Right connector from WAC Lighting, is easy to install and assures compliance to California Title 24 or ASHRAE 90.1 requirements.
    Energy code track installations are subject to wattage limitations based upon the size and usage of the space. To specify the appropriate Current limiter, simply select the model number which corresponds to the H, L or J style track systems and the maximum allowable wattage.

    Features:

    • Mountable as a standard canopy or used in place of an "I" connector or as a live-end connector.
    • If the track is overloaded, the Current Limiter circuit breaker will trip and shut down power to the track.
    • Resettable once the overall sum of the fixture wattages are reduced below the circuit breaker rating.
    • Ratings:
      • 1A – 1 Amp
      • 2A – 2.5 Amp
      • 5A – 5 Amp
      • 7A – 7.5 Amp
      • 10A – 10 Amp
    • For use with WAC brand H, L and J series track systems.
    • Available in Black, Brushed Nickel, Dark Bronze and White finishes.

    Perfect solution to power my light system.

    While laying out my track installation, this Double Live End Connector was perfect solution to feeding 2 perpendicular tracks which met at an unused recessed light: With a little work, replaced light fixture with a ceiling mounted electrical box, and then screwed this Double Live End to box. Mounted tracks to 2 connectors and installation was completed!

    Note that price is quite steep. You have to decide whether it is worth the savings in installation time. I would suggest to manufacturer that they make item without breakers or switches and price it at a fraction of the cost. Seems like a no-brainer addition to line of power feed devices.
