Josh joined the company in 2006 as Director of Product Development. Since then, he has held various
positions focused predominantly on product development and marketing and most recently held the
position of Vice President of Product Development.
He has helped launch two new brands, a patent pending wireless audio system, over a dozen new catalogs
and supplements, and hundreds of unique light fixtures. He is passionate about the possibilities that LED
and other technologies offer our industry and has made innovation the cornerstone of Tech

Steve has worked for Tech Lighting for over 16 years. Prior to Tech Lighting he worked for Catalina Lighting
and was an independent representative in the Chicago area.
Throughout his career he has held many different positions with a focus on lighting sales and product

lighting, and is extremely knowledgeable in these areas.
