Rated 3 out of 5 by Ehrlich from Aeris Pendants As these fixtures for our project are being completed in phases, we have installed 4 of the pendants. 3 of the 4 sit perfectly level, and 1 of the 4, the wood frame of the fixture does not sit level on the metal frame of the fixture. Thus, in order to line up and make level with the other fixture( as there are 2 fixtures in each elevator lobby) we had to use spacers between the metal frame and the recess in the wood frame in order to level off this fixture. What is the proper solution for this? Do you have customer care in Oakville, Ontario?
