This product is just as pictured and as our client expected! Note that it does come packaged in a million tiny little boxes (inside one larger shipping box) - each glass 'bling' has to be individually hand hung!

beautiful dining room fixture
Overall it is beautiful and my clients are very happy with the fixture however we are missing a few pin to hold the crystals in place. This fixture is being hung in a dining room.

beauty at a price
the chandelier is beautiful and very solidly built. Installation takes several hours and is labor-intensive (my fingertips are still numb!). the pillow technique suggested in michelle m.'s review saved me a couple of potentially shattered baubles. all worth it in the end, though!

Gorgeous- Stunning- LOVE it- but.....PAIN to put together-
every single glass drop is wrapped and taped individually- good news so they don't break- BUT this is an arduous and tedious process- unwrapping each one (hundreds) Patience is a must!

Love the chandelier, not the quality or the effort to assemble it.
I love this chandelier now that it's finally hanging in our dining room. The light illuminates the glass pears beautifully; however, 24 hours ago it was not all roses. We cracked open 2 boxes: one containing the metal frame, the other containing all of the glass bulbs. We got the frame up -- which is a 2 person job due to the 3 metal arms that hook into the top tier of the chandelier. These arms do not lock in but merely rely on the tension of the chandelier to stay in place. The glass bulbs are not perfect, most of them have scuffs, scratches and little imperfections that I just stopped worrying about after attaching the first several. The method in which to attach the bulbs is quite tedious and takes a lot of patience. There's a tiny wire that you have to squeeze into each hole in the chandelier, using pliers and your fingers to sometimes force them in. After attaching about 10 of them, i finally got the hang of it and it mostly went smoothly except for a few that proved difficult. My husband dropped a couple while struggling, so you may want to put a pillow beneath the chandelier in this process. Now let me give you one very wise tip to look out for: before assembling anything, take a look at each tier and make sure that the tiny holes where the glass bulbs will be attached are evenly spaced. On our second tier, one hole was off about 1/2 inch. Had it not been for the fact that we had already invested 2 hours into constructing this light, I would have packed it up and sent it back but we decided to make a work-around (2 large bulbs are side by side where the holes are misaligned and on 2 tiny bulbs are side by side to offset this). It's a bummer that I have to modify this chandelier. Luckily, when the chandelier is illuminated, you can't see any of the imperfections unless you look closely and it does look gorgeous. I just wish we didn't have to jump thru these hoops to get there.

So chic!
This light fixture is gorgeous. It is well made and the teardrops catch the light beautifully when lit. The quality is great, the finish was high quality and it was very reasonably priced. The only negative is that each teardrop glass bauble needs to put on manually with needle-nose pliers which as you can imagine is very tedious. But the end result is well worth the patience and time it takes to install. I highly recommend it!
