SWIRL is the newest suspension lamp by Ray Power for LZF, and it’s equally as stunning as it’s LZF suspension lamp companions, yet remains fresh and unique all on its own. Here’s a first look at the newest pendant lamp from Ray Power:
Handmade from bending and twisting veneer strips just so, Swirl’s shape is both graceful and perplexing, a beautiful mystery waiting to be unlocked. The interlocking veneer strips twirl and fold under one another in an elegant, twisting composure. The art of geometry and the scope of transforming flat materials into three-dimensional forms come together to create Swirl. It’s in this philosophy of design that Swirl stands with its other pendant lamp companions.
Defined even more once lit, the warm veneered wood comes alive, sparking imagination and igniting a magnetic embrace with the space surrounding. The play of light and wood captures the eyes and illuminates in a way that only Ray Power can achieve.
The contours of Swirl are soft, warm, and a little slice of home, rendering a visual of comfort that acts to pacify. Budding with character, Swirl is meant for the individual. It unlocks the originality of the spaces and souls it occupies and connects with. Unable to be contained to a single style, Swirl has the ability to transcend the modern and interact with the contemporary and industrial.
The Swirl Pendant Lamp is expected to be available in early 2017 and will come in 10 eye-catching colors. For Ray Power, Swirl is expressed differently in each vivid shade, taking on the essence of a blooming rose in red, a mound of whipped cream in white, a dark and looming cloud in blue, or a soft and tranquil sea in turquoise.
