Rated 5 out of 5 by EJ from Great Lamp, Great Customer Service This lamp is sleek and provides a lot of light. Love the dimmer switch. I have the polished nickel/fondine shade. When I unpacked the shade, there were several dark spots on it. I called customer service immediately, and by the next morning I had an email from them stating they were in the process of ordering a new shade for me. If you are in a hurry for a new lamp, though, this lamp is not for you. It takes a really long time from when you order it, to receive it.
