Review of fan and downrod
I was so excited to purchase and receive the recent fan and downrod that went with it. They were lovely pieces of furniture to add to my new home. However, I asked the maintenance man to hang up the fan, he told me that he could not do so because it would be interfering with the tenant above me. Unfortunately, I had to send it back, disappointed as I was. However, when I did so, I saw where I had received a refund within two days of doing so. YLighting is one of the best companies that I have ever worked with. They treat their customers with the utmost of respect and I would certainly buy from them or recommend them to anyone and everyone I knew who needed any kind of light fixture.

Looks great and does the job!
The main purpose of this downrod was to lower the ceiling fan to bring it closer to the living space in our bedroom and it did that. It also looks like it is part of the fan and doesn't stand out. All in all, quite pleased with this purchase.
