Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Much taller and larger than we expected [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first we were sure that this ottoman could be lowered but we found no hardware to lower it. Finally we realized that (only) when you lean way back in the chair, then the fixed height of the ottoman is appropriate. I guess the only time one really wants an ottoman is when one leans way back in the chair -- so that is logical. But as I am less heavy than my husband, I cannot easily get the chair to lean back as far as he can, and so the ottoman is a bit too high for me. Also it is rather large as a surface . . . so we use it like a side-table now. Or just store it way off to the side . . . We are glad we have it for when we do need it, but it is about 20% larger in scale than we think it needs to be and wish it were adjustable in height. It is a beautiful object and goes well with the chair, in any case.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Eames Aluminum Ottoman in 2111 Graphite Leather [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this ottoman along with an Eames Aluminum Lounge Chair. I love both pieces. This is a classic design. My only slight hesitation is that I find the ottoman quite large in contrast to the lounge chair. The chair is sleek and low profile, taking up very little space and great for a small, urban apartment. I often find myself storing the ottoman though, as it is much larger/taller in contrast and just takes up too much space in my living room. I'm glad I ordered them together though, as who knows whether you'd have much luck getting the leather matched down the road, just keep your space in mind when considering both the chair and the ottoman. I would have loved to have seen it 20% smaller.
