The EN-12150-R-AR Electronic Transformer 12V 150W by WAC Lighting is used to convert 120V of electricity to 12V for safe, effective outdoor usage. It can act as a replacement for factory installed transformers or can be installed in a properly listed enclosure. In case of a system overload or short circuit, it reverts to a hold position and automatically resets once safe. This soft start prolongs the life of light bulbs by delaying the inrush of current.
