The Mei Pendant Light from Bover is an outwardly-simple contemporary structure that drops from a slim disc canopy via a single cable. A flared design by Joana Bover made in 2004 inspired by the play of light on the sea and the sky, the Mei casts a wide, warm light and is best used in larger spaces where the surroundings can benefit. It’s sloped-ceiling ready and holds out a flared geometric shade covered by dozens of handmade fabric pleats for a touch of added complexity.
