The Perch Wall Sconce from Moooi was designed by Umut Yamac in 2016. Seeking to encapsulate the ethereal beauty of nature, this modern wall sconce features a dainty bird sitting atop a slender metal branch. This plug-in style design consists of an angular bird sculpted from non-flammable synthetic paper with gold colored accents while the round backplate and perch complement the bird with their brass construction. Illuminated by an LED light source that softly basks the bird in a warm glow, this elegant wall fixture creates a statement piece perfect for modern living rooms, bedrooms, or home offices. With a slight touch of the hand, the perched bird actually takes motion and begins to gently sway.
