Made in China + Not sure if I received UL units.
Love YLighting. This is the first purchase I needed some help with after receiving the items. So far have not received any effective response.
YLighting website has a banner for this product as Made in USA. Received items and packaging state Made in China. Mentioned it to the YLighting customer service person who told me to call Menu directly.
Paid for UL version of this pendant light. Costs a bit more than the offered non-UL version. The product I received showed no UL listing on packaging or product. YLighting again, told me to contact Menu directly and gave me the phone #. No response from Menu. Left messages.
True good customer service is how well a company handles an issue. And my issues are not big issues yet not addressed.
