Great floor lamp, but poor customer service from Y-lighting.
There was an assembly issue, so I emailed customer support at Y-lighting - no response. Two weeks and counting. Fortunately the manufacturer responded immediately and solved the problem. Love the lamp, but it made me question whether future purchases should be made elsewhere.
