What happened to YLiving.com?

As you might be aware, YLiving and YLighting have moved to one store on www.YLighting.com . If you currently have a YLiving order in progress, this will not impact your order (read on for more information). Going forward, this merger will allow us to focus our efforts toward giving you the best customer experience possible. Rest assured you will continue to find all of the great furniture and décor designs you’ve come to expect from YLiving by shopping here on YLighting. And now you can shop for everything you need for your room, home or project, all in one place.

Our primary goal at YLiving and YLighting has always been to get it right for the customer. And since YLiving and YLighting have always shared the same infrastructure and staff, putting everything in one place will not only optimize the way you shop, but it will also allow us to serve you better.

I was a YLiving customer, will I need to create a new YLighting account or need to update my account?

Great news: your existing YLiving account works on YLighting too. No need to create a new account, just log into YLighting using your existing YLiving username and password. You will be able to access your account and tracking information for YLiving and YLighting by signing in on YLighting. If you are having trouble accessing your account, please contact us here.

I have an existing order with YLiving, what happens now?

All YLiving orders currently in the process of being fulfilled, will continue to be fulfilled as scheduled. To track your order, you can sign in to YLighting with the same username and password you used on YLiving to access your account information and order status.

Will my favorite brands and products from YLiving still be available on YLighting?

Yes, we have worked hard to ensure all of your favorite furniture and home décor brands and products from YLiving are now available on YLighting—including Kartell, Carl Hansen, Vitra, Alessi, Nanimarquina, Emeco and so many more iconic as well as up-and-coming designers and makers. You will also see we have extended the assortments for brands we already carry on YLighting, like Herman Miller, Knoll, Menu and more.

Will the pricing and offers be the same?

YLighting will continue to offer the best in modern design at the best prices (with a 100% price match guarantee) as was the case on YLiving.

Will I need to call a different customer service number or email a different customer service address?

We will continue to monitor YLiving customer service emails and phone calls through August 15. From then on, please use contact information for YLighting Customer Service. Click here to see contact information.

Will this change how returns or replacements are handled?

All YLiving purchase returns will be honored and processed by YLighting in accordance with our return policy. Click here to review our return policy.

How will this impact Trade Partner accounts?

Our Trade Partners will continue to receive best-in-class service with a dedicated Trade Account Manager. If you are already a Trade Partner with YLiving, your account will continue to be valid on YLighting. Use the same log-in credentials to access your trade account on YLighting.
